Compass adds two independent brokers in Texas

“We are honored to welcome Vista Real Estate and Halo Group Realty from the growing compass family that Texas serves,” said Gabe Richter, regional vice president of Compass for Texas, in a statement. “The addition of Vista and Halo reinforces our ability to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers in Texas, and we look forward to everything we will achieve together.”

In the past 10 days, compass witnessed the return of Top Orange County, agent Brian Sperry, established in California, as well as hiring Hamptons, the New York Luxemakelaar Terry Cohen and the addition of three top agents The Gambino group.

On Tuesday, Compass informed the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and MLS leaders that it no longer adheres to the clear cooperation policy or any other National MLS policy that, according to it, will negatively influence customers.

The brokerage is currently also confronted with a good part of the legal challenges – including being mentioned as a defendant in a telemarketing case. That is on top of other fights of the courtroom with Northwest MLS And Zillow.
