Sophia was declared dead on Wednesday morning in Malibu, according to law enforcement and family sources. We were told that Sophia rode on the ATV on the road where Caitlyn lives when she hit the bumper of a moving car – that impact forced the ATV over the shoulder … sent it, and Sophia dropped 350 feet down in a ravine.

Our sources say that the first responds who reached Sophia have expressed her death on stage. Two people in the car that Sophia struck did not be injured. It is unclear whether Caitlyn was home at that time, or whether she witnessed the fatal collision. We do know that no one else has caused damage to the ATV.

We have contacted Caitlyn, but have heard nothing.

Sophia and Caitlyn met each other for the first time in 2015, shortly after Jenner had announced her transition publicly, and Sophia would appear later in various episodes of the E! Docus series “I am Cait.”

In addition to their old friendship, Hutchins also worked as manager of Jenner, who supervised business companies and public commitments.

Sophia was 29.
