The family of Kaylee Goncalves is angry with the plea that is offered to accused murderer Bryan Kherberger … and they make shots at officers of justice.
The Goncalves family tells TMZ … “The death penalty is just an illusion in the criminal justice system. If available, it serves as a negotiating instrument for the state, and when it is rarely applied, it is never maintained for a very inefficient professional process.”

As we reported … Kherberger will argue guilty Up to four counts of murder in the first degree, but public prosecutors will remove the death penalty and recommend life without the possibility of conditional release.
The Kaylee family says … “The idea that anyone can owe a crime and can still be confronted for years of appellate delays, reveals a systemic failure. The treatment of the public prosecutor of Latah County during this process is something I wouldn’t want anyone.”
The Goncalves family tells us … “We questioned decisions early in the investigation: why commented on the case? Why did the coroner spoke with families? Why was an officer with less than two years of experience in leading the investigation? Why was the University of Idaho involved?
Kaylee’s Fam continues … “As a result, we were brand opponents. So it was not a shock how the office of the LaTah County the office of the public prosecutor did not perish the plea. They vaguely called a possible plea on Friday, without looking for our input, and presented the plea on Sunday.”
They add … “Latah County should be ashamed of the office of the public prosecutor. Four great young people lost their lives, but the families of the victims were treated as opponents from the start. We were not even called about the plea; we received an e -mail with a letter with a letter.
The family says that the public prosecutors “Add insult to injury” by “hurrying the plea, giving families only one day to coordinate and appearing in the courthouse for a plea on July 2. Who do they think they are?”

The Kaylee family says they are frustrated because “after more than two years this is how it is concluded with a secret deal and a hurried attempt to close the case without any input from the victims’ families about the details of the plea.”
Xana -ChernodleFamily too shot the plea.
