Pacman Jones went on police during his public intoxication arrest earlier this month – a verbal tirade on them before he threw elbows to one … and his wild behavior was all recorded on police video that TMZ Sports has just obtained.
Cops initially stopped the former NFL star in Covington, KY. On June 7 to ask him about a dispute in a nearby bar … and almost immediately Jones became combative.
You can see in the camera images of the body, he raised his voice and tried to walk away … but he was able to calmly calm down to explain his side of the situation to officers.
He stated that he and his group had come in a spit with a bar employee … And once he had finished saying his piece, he tried to walk away again.
Then Jones was placed in cuffs.
While he is in custody, Jones switched endlessly … insisting that he did nothing wrong. He always asked officers about why they spoke with him – and although he was told that it was because they were conducting an investigation, he still didn’t seem to be with him.
Jones was eventually thrown into a team car for public intoxication and disorderly behavior – and during his ride to prison he sounded at the officer.
He repeatedly told the man to “close the f ***” and “suck my d ***.” He also called the agent “Dom” and a “coward”. The insults flew around 30 minutes.
In prison, Jones seemed even more agitated … And you can see in the video, he seemed to try to hit an agent in the face with various targeted elbows.
One apparently landed on the agent’s mouth, because the officer can be heard in the video and notes: “My lip is bleeding.”
Jones was eventually hit with one count of Attack a police officerOne count of public intoxication and one count of disorderly behavior for his actions. He did not argue to the charges in the court on 11 June.
A representative for Jones said in a statement to TMZ Sports after the arrest: “Adam did nothing but to exercise his right to ask why he was held.” Neither Jones nor his representatives have given a public comment about the newly released police video.
