Vince McMahon does ‘really good’, not starting with new promotion, says Shane

It’s more than a year ago Vince McMahon got rid of his roles in WWE and TKO for accusations of sexual abuse … and while nowadays he is a rare view in public – his son, Tanntells TMZ Sports He is “very good”.

We caught up with the 55-year-old in LA this week … and asked him how his old man stands behind the scenes.

“He enjoys life,” he said. “Rest a bit in that.”

Although he can kick a little on his feet … he says if you know something about the 79-year-old he is always looking for ways to stay busy.

“If you know my father, he is Gung Ho, always does the following, and he is focused on that,” said McMahon.

There was speculation that the two could work together to get back to the wrestling company with a brand new promotion … but Shane told us that there is no truth in that conversation.

“You never know what will happen,” he said. “Of course everything can happen in WWE, but those rumors are incorrect.”

And if someone had talked some awkward Thanksgiving table between Shane and his brother-WWE CCO Paul “Triple h” Levesque – If he would join rival promotion, … and despite rumbling about that movement, it doesn’t sound like that will be a problem.

“Had a meeting with AEW and wished them constantly,” he said. “But it’s not WWE, it’s not the company that I helped build. But you never know what will happen in this company.”
