Benson Boone about his career growth since the opening for Taylor Swift

What makes a difference a year for Benson Boone, who told it Variety On the American Music Awards Red Carpet Monday in Las Vegas. That “picking things up in speed” in the year since he opened for Taylor Swift during a London stop on her record-smashing-time square tour.

“It just never stops coming in. There are always shows to play, there are always songs to write, there are always things to release, there are always videos to post,” Boone said Variety‘s Marc Malkin. “Sometimes it can be tiring, but at the same time – I think it’s great to do this. The 22-year-old Singer-Songwriter is preparing for the release of his second studio album, “American Heart” in June. Boone told Malkin that his Dream is Bruno Mars employee. He added that his new album was partially inspired by the brand Power-Pop and R&B from Mars.

“It is nostalgic for me. I think that many people my age grew up with listening to Bruno in high school and in high school. He is huge. He is the best, he is insane. He is the best – such a spectacular talent. And I would clearly like to work with him,” said Boone.

He added Morever: “This album means so much to me. I think it’s the best work I’ve ever made.”
