Although not blood -related, the two practical family … although not everyone welcomed him with open arms.

He claimed: “No, Lyssa called Jefferson and violated my probationary period. They arrested me with the assumption that I had stolen the ashes of Beth and she had sold for $ 2.5 million.”

Bihag’s time in prison was in the beginning “Freakin” terrible “because he remembered that he was known as” the man who stole Beth’s ashes “and constantly asked” where all the money was. “

But during those first days behind the bars, pieces also started to fall into place – all signs, he claimed, pointed out that his arrest was a calculated setup.

He remembered that he sent a family photo from his birthday dinner to TMZ before the outlet dropped a story diagonally in the absence of Moon, which was followed by “15 to 18 SWAT -WHAT -Hand -enforcement officials” who waited for him outside of Dog’s mansion.

After having made a bail, BiHag was arrested again for “two excellent warrants” but he claims that it all came from Lyssa who accused him of stealing Beth’s AS and try to sell them for $ 2.5 million on eBay.

In the eyes of Bihag there was no mystery – Dog and Lyssa were the ones responsible for the entire test.

He said: “I saw it as a day clear. How did we leave Benihana, had a great dinner (he gave me my ‘last meal’ so -called), and literally 30 minutes later the story falls to TMZ that I am there, Mama is not … and I am arrested for the second time.”

Bihag continued: “So Lissa made it obvious that she made the call.”

Regarding the motivation behind the alleged setup, BiHag claimed that the father-daughter duo “wanted to make it a big spectacle for views, clicks and money.”
