Trump’s plan to reopen Alcatraz costs millions of dollars

On Sunday, the president announced his plan to reopen the notorious facility on a difficult island in California for San Francisco. The Shutter site is now one of the most popular tourist attractions in North California.
In a post on his social social platform, however, Trump announced: “For too long, America has been plagued by cruel, violent and repeated criminal perpetrators, the droesem of society, who will never contribute anything other than misery and suffering.
“When we were a more serious nation, we did not hesitate in the past to lock up the most dangerous criminals and to keep them far away from everyone they could harm.”
He continued: “We will no longer tolerate these serial offenders that spread dirt, bloodshed and chaos on our streets. That is why today I will lead the Bureau of Prisons, together with the Department of Justice, FBI and Homeland Security, to reopen a substantial and rebuilt Alcatraz, to household and violent.”
