Amerihome, Snapdocs partner to expand the adoption

Leaders said the decision is a response to the growing interest in digital mortgage processes.

According to Mers Honorary data, Enotes accounted for 9.2% of the mortgage originations in 2024. Estimation projections estimate that figure could reach 30% within three years.

“By using our Snapdocs, we improve the speed and reliability of enote transfers for Amerihome, while resting his network with the tools to scale seamlessly,” said CEO of Snapdocs, Michael Sachdev, in a statement.

Josh Adler, CEO of Amerihome, said that the partnership indicates a shift in the activities of the company to a more digital future.

“Our collaboration with Snapdocs determines a new standard for efficiency and security in the industry,” said Adler. “This strategic move improves our activities and positions us first in the eclotes and the strengthening of the wave that wipes the industry.”

About half of all lenders who are currently and enotes are already amerihome partners, according to Snapdocs. The platform also reports supporting one in six national original.

Some lenders said that the change will speed up their own digital efforts.

“Thanks to our partnership with Snapdocs, we have achieved more than 50% hybrid digital closing ads and surpassed 35% and adoption,” said Alyssa North, Senior Vice President of Operations at Primary Residential MortGage Inc.

“The new partnership between Snapdocs and Amerihome is an exciting development that will further stimulate our enote adoption.”
