Lizzo reveals that of diet that contributed to achieving its weight goals

The “Over Damn Time” singer, 36, gave fans insight into her eating and training habits during a Tiktok Live on Tuesday 22 April.

Lizzo revealed that she once consumed “two to three” large Starbucks drinks a day, and estimated that she drank around 1,2000 calories every day. “I do something sweet. It must be with some kind of carbohydrates. I will have almond butter and toast,” she said.

“So everyone’s body is different. Discover what works for you,” she added and noticed that it is important to “consider calories in versus calories.”

“That is exactly how the human body works,” she said.

In one video Lizzo shared via Tiktok, Lizzo showed one of her healthy meals: Bison meatballs with rice, peas and cabbage.

In January, Lizzo celebrated her target weight, two years after she started with a “deliberate” journey to transform her body.

“I did it,” wrote the Grammy winner via Instagram. “Today when I got on my scale, I achieved my target of the weight.”

She added: “I have not seen this song since 2014! Let this be a reminder that you can do everything you are doing. Time for new goals!”

In a follow -up post, Lizzo revealed that she had dropped 16% body fat and had reduced her body mass index by 10.5 since January 16, 2023.
