The FBI and the police of Minnetonka say that Wagner contacted the FBI Minneapolis Field Office on Monday morning and “Dealing of violence has issued violence aimed at the United Healthcare facility if specific requirements were not met.”
The FBI adds … “There is currently no indication that the individual had specific complaints against United Healthcare.” That is remarkable because earlier this year CEO of the UnitedHealthcare Brian Thompson was shot in New York City, with prosecutors who claim Luigi Mangione pulled the trigger.
The FBI says that a crisis negotiator has spoken to Wagner by telephone … and FBI Task Force officers who worked with the Minnetonka police helped him to take in custody after he had surrendered.
As we reported … The man claimed he had a gun, demanded $ 1 million And said he would not be taken alive. Police officers say they have found a firearm from his car.
The incident resulted in a massive response from the police at the UnitedHealthcare head office.
