Mario Edgardo Garcia Aquino -The man who claims the La County da that the 13-year-old was killed Oscar Omar Hernandez – deserves the death penalty, says an American congressman … and he blames California Governor Gavin Newsom To make that impossible.
We spoke with our rep. Kevin Karey (R-Calif.) On Wednesday about this case … and he tells us that the moratorium was set up by GOV. Newsom, disastrous consequences.
Among them, Kiley says, people in California voted to keep the death penalty legal … and the governor stepped in to ignore the rule, making criminals less afraid of committing major crimes. California Proposition 62 – who would have withdrew the death penalty – failed in 2016.

Kiley also explodes Newsom for the pride of the status of the sanctuary of California … Aquino has no papers – and Kiley says that he has more protection as a result.
Worth mentioning … Ryan Elizabeth Todd -A in New York City established immigration lawyer at Milstein Law Group-Verttelt TMZ that it is possible for foreign subjects to receive the death penalty, including immigrants without papers. The US must also inform the arrested party about their right to inform their consulate – although this does not always happen, says Todd.
As you know … the DA’s office claims that Aquino Hernandez killed while he was busy with the “Performance of a lusty and voluptuous action.” Aquino was accused of murder In this case, and is confronted with other charges of an earlier alleged sexual attack.
The last time a prisoner was executed in California was 2006.
Congressman Kildy says he doubts GOV. Newsom will end that streak … but we will have to wait.
