La Reid lists Air Mansion for millions

La Reid Try to resolve his Los Angeles Mega Mansion again … Because TMZ has learned that he has shown the building again just for millions.

Real estate sources tell us … Reid has put the Bel Air Estate back on the market on Monday for a cool $ 17.5 million. The house has 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and more than 11,000 square foot living space.

The building has all the bells and whistles and is an entertainers paradise. There is a huge swimming pool, spa and an outdoor kitchen with a large grassy garden.

There is also a gym, home cinema with an en-suite bar, a wine cellar of 300 bottles and canyon and a view of the city.

Reid has tried to sell the property a few times before. He put it on the market for the first time in 2019 with a list of $ 22.9 million. He took it out and then brought it again in 2023 for $ 21.5 million.

Last year he lowered the prize below $ 20 million. In 2024 he brought it back on the market for $ 20 million, but again had trouble selling it.
