Jon Stewart Slams Chuck Schumer for passing Republican expenditure account

In this week’s episode of ‘The Daily Show’, Jon Stewart minority leader Chuck Schumer made voting to take out an edition account supported by the Republicans.

Stewart opened the segment with a news compilation with various democratic senators who say that the bill is ‘terrible’ and ‘designed to hurt the American people’. Stewart then played a video of Schumer and said that “Republicans did not have the voices in the Senate” to endure the budget. It is important to note that if the bill was not assumed, the government would be forced to close.

“You see, Republicans, your small malignant budget plan could have worked if you had not forgotten that a Senator Schumer is Charles who is in charge of the Democratic Party,” said Stewart. “I’m afraid your diabolical schedule is thwarted!”

Stewart then played a news item stating that Schumer caused the outrage after he announced that he would vote to endure the budget and prevent a closure of the government.

“What happened?” Stewart exclaimed.

“I will vote to keep the government open,” Schumer explained in a video clip. “I believe it is my job to make the best choice for the country to minimize the damage to the American people.”

Stewart joked that Schumer “probably got something” from his voice. However, the assumption of the pundit in the late night was immediately eliminated by another news clip stating that Schumer ‘not’ did not receive any incentives for his support for the budget.

“Senator Schumer, no lack of respect, but you are a shame for Jewish stereotypes about financial negotiations,” Stewart joked. “That’s what we do! What are you doing?”
