Baweja Studios, House of Talkies Ink Three project Pact at Mip London
Harman Baweja’s Baweja Studios works together with Sidharth Jain’s House of Talkies in a three-project Deal announced in Mip London. The collaboration brings together two Indian production entities that are known for their content-driven approaches.
Baweja Studios, who recently produced the original film “MrS” of Zee5 staining with the leading role Sanya Malhotra-a reinvestion of the much-praised Malayalam-Taal movie “The Great Indian Kitchen”-Sales with House of Talkies, the production company behind Netflix-Serie “Trial. Serie. [streaming] Critics Award for the best series.
House of Talkies is connected to Jain’s the Story Ink, which specializes in book-to-screen adjustments, represents more than 500 stories, 200 authors and 100 screenwriters. The upcoming projects of Baweja Studios include “Dil Ka Darwaza Kholna Darling”, directed by Vikas Bahl (“Queen”, “Super 30”) with a cast including Jaya Bachchan, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Wamiqa Gabbi. The company also develops ‘Boy from Andaman’ with ‘Delhi Crime’ maker Richie Mehta and Imagine Entertainment.

Details of the three projects were not announced.
