These 29 mortgage managers received heights from Fannie Mae
Fannie Mae On Tuesday the results of the 2024 Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards (Star) program, and recognized 29 mortgage managers for “competence, possibilities and overall performance.”
“Our managers continue to show their dedication to operational excellence and at the same time reduce loss of credit-a crucial part of the overall safety and reliability of the company of Fannie Mae and the residential mortgage market,” said Cyndi Danko, the Chief Credit Officer of the company, in one press release.
Fannie Mae said it Starwhich was launched in 2011, has improved the quality of residential mortgage services “by promoting service and excellence service.”
During the 2024 program, mortgage managers were evaluated in three categories: general maintenance, delivery of solutions and timeline management. The recipients of the 2024 star program are:
