Hewitt – who is reportedly Harry’s father – recently appeared on ITVs Good morning great -Britain Diana claimed that Diana had the power to “make a rapprochement possible” and bring her sons back together.
He said, “I think every mother would worry and be worried about such a gap, as you said, and she would do her best to get them together.”

Diana had a secret five-year romance with the ex-cavalry officer from 1986 to 1991, after they first crossed paths at a party in Mayfair.
During their time together she sought his help to conquer her fear of horses and ask him to teach her how to drive.

She married Prince Charles in 1981, but the couple divorced herself in 1992 and officially separated in 1996.
During her explosive BBC Panorama interview in 1995, Diana openly admitted her affair with Hewitt – even saying that she “worshiped him” and confirmed that she was “in love with him”.
Diana also trusted in interviewer Martin Bashir and said she was deeply unhappy after Charles had resumed his relationship with Camilla Parker-Bowles after the birth of their second son, Harry.

The British former officer revealed that he felt suicidal after ending their relationship in 1991.
He previously revealed: “I loved Diana. I still love her, but some of me wished it had never happened.”

Hewitt and the late Princess had a long -term affair and both confirmed that they were in love with each other.

Hewitt has stayed out of the spotlight since a life -threatening heart attack in May 2017, when doctors gave him only a “slender opportunity” to survive. Since then he has expressed regret about his affair with the deceased princess.
He shared his thoughts about Diana’s panorama interview and called it “a stitch-up job” and added: “It was terrible how Bashir cheated her, a criminal act, absolutely shocking.”

Hewitt further revealed that his last conversation with Diana was shortly after the interview, although it was short and far away.
He also acknowledged that the conversation caused problems, but since then he has tried to ‘go further’.

Over the years, Hewitt has shot Fel de Wilde rumors that he is Harry’s father – the claims like “nonsense” shoots in a fiery interview with Melissa Doyle by Australian Channel Seven.
He stuck firmly, “No, I am not.”
Even Diana’s former bodyguard, Ken Wharfe, closed the speculation in his book and revealed how the deceased princess raged.

He said: “A simple comparison of dates proves that it is impossible for Hewitt to be Harry’s father. Only once did I discuss it with her, and Diana was about it in tears.
“Harry was born on September 15, 1984, which means he was begotten around Christmas 1983, when his brother, William, was 18 months old.

“Diana did not meet James Hewitt until the summer of 1986.”
Hewitt continued to fall Bombshells of his relationship with Diana in his 1999 biography, Love and war.

He remembered how Diana was once “fun, charming, flirty” when they first met, but by the time of their affair she was “sad” and “lonely”.
The Brit, however, became “obsessed” with her when she was a pain, married for a 39-day “process separation” by Charles.
