Alba explained in the Instagram post that the women came together to celebrate Washington’s birthday with a manifestation ceremony that wanted to help them “release what no longer serves us” and to become more in harmony with their “third eye”.

It comes after the split of Alba with her husband of 16 years, Cash Warren46, was made public on January 8.
A week later the actress confirmed that they had divorced and prepared to divorce through her social media.
“I have been on a journey of self-realization and transformation-Zowel for years as an individual as in collaboration with cash,” wrote Alba via Instagram on January 16. “I am proud of how we have grown in our marriage in the last 20 years and it is now time for us to start a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
In the meantime, Markle has been busy with charity activities this year. She and husband Prince Harry40, rolled up their sleeves to lend a hand earlier in January to those affected by the forest fires in Los Angeles.
