Willie Robertson: Mom Kay’s Health drops after the death of Phil Robertson
Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson shares an update about his mother Kay’s health in the aftermath of his father Phil’s Death two weeks ago.
Things don’t look so rosy for the Ducknynasty Matriarch, 77, according to Willie, who spoke the Vs today network Published in an interview on Thursday 5 June.
“Kay is not in the best health,” Willie, 53, told The Outlet. “We try to help her as much as possible.”
Willie shared that some of Kay’s health problems are physical, while others are related to the sorrow of losing her old husband.
“Part of it is that she is just depressed,” said Willie. “She lost her 60 -year -old partner.”
Phil died at the age of 79 after a struggle with Alzheimer’s disease last month. His death was confirmed via a Facebook message shared on May 25, by his daughter-in-law Korie Robertson.
“We are celebrating today that our father, husband and grandfather, Phil Robertson, is now with the Lord,” wrote Korie, 51, via the social media platform. “Thank you for the love and prayers of so many whose life has been influenced by grace through his daring faith, and by his desire to tell everyone who would listen to the good news of Jesus. We are grateful for his life on earth and will continue the legacy of love for God and love for others until we see Him again.”

“My father went to the Lord today! He will be missed, but we know that he is in good hands, and our family is good because God is very good! We will see him again!” Jase, 55, wrote via X.
Spend against US Weekly Earlier in May prior to Phil’s death, Willie shared that his father’s condition was progressing, while his mother Kay had shown signs of a similar health problem.

“Dad is not doing well at all. It is definitely progressing,” Willie said Us. “And mother has shown the same type of symptoms of Alzheimer’s or dementia. It is just part of life – and mother has her good days.”
In the meantime, Korie recently told TV Insider Kay had a few waterfalls ago in May.
“Kay is struggling with many waterfalls,” Korie told the publication. “I think she forgets that she can’t really walk, so she will fall, and that is hard to deal with.”
Willie and Jase are two of the four children of Phil and Kay, who also include brothers Alan And Jep. In 2020 Phil heard that he is also the father of a daughter named Phyllis After an affair he had in the 70s.
