Will Ferrell Netflix Golf Series Casts Chris Parnell, David Hornby

Will Ferrell’s upcoming Netflix series that takes place in the world of Golf rounds off his cast.
Variety Has learned that Chris Parnell, Katelyn Tarver and David Hornby all have joined the comedy show together with previously announced cast members Ferrell, Molly Shannon, Jimmy Tatro and Fortune Feimster. The show was originally announced in May 2024. Exact plot details are under wraps, apart from the fact that Ferrell will play a fictional wave legend.
Parnell plays Anton, described as “a PGA Tour board member and around glans.” The role is a reunion for Parnell, Ferrell and Shannon, because all three castats were on “Saturday Night Live”. Parnell is also known for his roles on shows such as “30 Rock” and to borrow his voice to animation series such as “Rick and Morty” and “Archer.
Tarver will play Natalie, reportedly “a social media influencer and Lance’s (Tatro) extremely supportive fiancé.” The earlier TV credits from Tarver include the HBO series “Ballers” and shows such as “Big Time Rush”, “The Secret Life of a American Teenager” and “Famous in Love”.
Hornsby plays Radford, “a rich southern man who dates dating with stacy (Shannon).” Hornsby is best known for his work on ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’, on which he acts as a writer and executive producer, while also appearing in the recurring role of cricket. Hornsby was also a writer, executive producer and star of the Apple TV+ Comedy series “Mythic Quest”, which was recently completed after four seasons.
Parnell is being returned by Buchwald and Rise Management. Tarver is reputed by innovative artists entertainment, industry -entertainment and Myman Greenspan. Hornby is being reputed by CAA and Jackoway Austen Tyerman.
Netflix has ordered 10 episodes of the series, which will be Ferrell’s first TV header. Ferrell -exporting produces together with Jessica Elbaum and Alix Taylor for Gloria Sanchez Productions. Rian Johnson, Ram Bergman and Nena Rodrigue are executive producers for T-Street. Chris Henchy, Harper Steele, David Gordon Green and Andrew Guest will serve as executive producers.
