Why Emilie and Brady Kiser did not use pool coverage for Son’s death

The edited police report in which the investigation is explained into the death of Emilie And Brady KiserThe son Trigg unveiled new details about the fatal incident.
In the edited report obtained by US Weekly On Friday, August 8, police officers noticed that a swimming pool had not been in place on the day their 3-year-old son drowned.
“In the southwestern part of the swimming pool I saw large nets and a fabric upper roll on PVC carriers,” the documents ring. “These were blankets for the swimming pool that were not in use at that time. Later it was learned that the covers were usually present, but recently removed so that the family could enjoy the pool. They were never replaced.”
Emilie, 26, and Brady’s son Trigg drowned in the swimming pool of the family in May before being taken to a local hospital for treatment. Trigg died after life -saving measures were tried.
Brady had been home alone with Trigg and the younger son of the couple, Teddy, while Emilie was out of the house. He said in a search order that he was “distracted” by Teddy and did not see Trigg wandering out and, while playing with an inflatable chair, fall into the pool.
Emilie, a influencer, has not publicly tackled the death of her son or the resulting investigation. She has filed a lawsuit and submitted a request to the court to block the release of data on the circumstances of the death of Trigg.
“Emilie is now going through the worst nightmare of a parent. She lost her young son, her three -year -old Trigg Chapman Kiser (‘Trigg’), on May 18, 2025, after a heartbreaking casual drowning in the house of the family on May 12, 2025,” was the lawsuit. “Emilie does her best to be there for her surviving son, two months old Theodore. But every day is a fight.”
Emilie scored a legal victory on Friday, when the court ruled to edit the details of the police investigation.
“This case requires a difficult balance between two strong but competing interests: the strong right that the public has in investigating government registers among the public archives of Arizona, and the in -depth privacy rights of a mourning mother,” the judge wrote in a letter obtained by Us. ‘Courts acknowledge that privacy problems can outweigh the right of the public to know when disclosure would cause specific and material damage … The balance test is fact-specific: the supporter of non-publicification must show a chance of damage that is significant enough to ignore the suspicion of access. “
Researchers have also recommended that Brady would be accused of a class 4 crime accusation of child abuse.
“The Chandler police have completed his investigation into the tragic drowning of the three -year -old Trigg Kiser. After a thorough assessment of the evidence, researchers accused a class 4 crime of child abuse against Brady Kiser,” read a statement in July. “The case has now been submitted for assessment at the Maricopa County law firm.”
After a formal investigation, the office of the local lawyer chose the pursuit of charges.
“Surveillance video from outside the house showed how the drowning took place and the actual timeline of events,” was a statement. “To condemn a person of this indictment, the State must prove a unanimous jury without reasonable doubt that the person has not observed a substantial and not too justified risk, and that the risk of the risk was a gross deviation from the care standard that a reasonable person would show.”
Brady’s lawyer Flynn Carey Also released a statement.
“We are grateful to the law enforcement and the public prosecutor for conducting a thorough investigation and confirming that this was a tragic accident,” said Carey. “Brady stays in the middle of the grieving process and is grateful to be with his family while they heal together. We appreciate the compassion and support that is shown during this difficult time.”
