While the Alexander Brothers are on trial, they are also popping up in Epstein files

The Justice Department released a massive trove of Epstein-related documents on Friday, one of which details multiple alleged rapes at an Epstein party.

Documents released by the US Department of Justice on Friday detail rapes allegedly committed by brothers Tal, Oren and Alon Alexander – who went on trial this week.

The allegations are listed in a collection of more than 3 million documents. The documents also mention numerous other public figures, including President Trump, Bill Clinton, Elon Musk and Jamie Foxx. The Alexanders’ alleged misdeeds were detailed in an email from August 2025in which all three brothers are named in connection with a rape at an Epstein party.

“At the age of 16, the caller attended eight parties at Epstein’s New York residence while modeling,” a complaint reads. “On one occasion, the caller reported that she had been sexually assaulted by Epstein. On another occasion, two twin brothers, Allen, reported [sic] and Oren lured the caller and her friend upstairs, but they escaped back downstairs. Caller stated that Oren raped her best friend and that a third brother, Tal, raped a 14-year-old girl named Katie LNU. Caller mentioned other individuals involved in ‘large orgy parties’ with her, other young girls and older Victoria’s secret models, including Bill Clinton and Donald Trump.”

The spreadsheet also notes that the names listed as Allen, Oren and Tal “are possibly identifiable as the Alexander brothers.” “Allen” appears to be a misspelling by Alon.

The document also details several rape allegations against President Trump, including one person who claimed, “I was 13 years old when Donald J Trump raped me. Ghislaine Maxwell was also present.”

Another name associated with the Alexander brothers that appears in the email is Sir Ivan Wilzig, an artist who owned a house in the Hamptons known as “Sir Ivan’s Castle,” where Wilzig was known for hosting large parties. Kate Whiteman — one of the brothers’ first alleged victims who recently died — named Wilzig as another defendant in a lawsuit against Alon and Oren. Whiteman alleged that Wilzig was negligent at a party held at his home where the twins “sexually assaulted, abused, raped, held down, groped, molested, abused and fondled her.”

The brothers were also mentioned in two FBI news briefs emailed to undisclosed recipients in May 2025, which noted the growing allegations against them and where they were reported.

A photo of Oren is also included in the Epstein files. In the photo, Oren has his arms around the waists of two women whose faces were redacted at an event at The Watermill Center in Watermill, New York, in 2015.

In addition to the Alexanders, former Douglas Elliman CEO Howard Lorber is mentioned in some emails in the new Epstein files. In a message sent by angel investor David Mitchell to Lesley Groff, Epstein’s former executive assistant, Mitchell writes, “I’ll call Howard Lorber and ask him if that’s okay with JEE,” in connection with a verification of the identity of banker Ariane de Rothschild.

Before resigning from Douglas Elliman, Lorber came under scrutiny for his apparently close relationship with the Alexanders while they were top brokers at the firm. Lorber also faced criticism over romantic relationships he had with real estate agents at Douglas Elliman.

Week 1 updates during the trial period

The start of the Alexander brothers’ trial this week was delayed a day by the snowstorm that hit much of the East Coast last weekend. Therefore, opening statements were made by both sides on Tuesday, followed by testimony and cross-examination of alleged victims on Wednesday and Thursday. Testimony from another woman who says she was raped by Oren when she was still a minor at the age of 17 is expected Monday morning.

A woman who testified Wednesday under the pseudonym Katie Moore alleged that in 2012, after attending an NBA Finals viewing party at actor Zac Efron’s Manhattan penthouse, Alon drugged and raped her in an apartment he shared with Tal. The defense pressed Moore on why she did not report the incident to police until 2024. Moore responded that by then she realized the case was “bigger than me” after seeing news of allegations against the brothers.

Another woman using the pseudonym Maya Miller also testified this week that Tal followed her into a bathroom while a group of friends were staying at a house in the Hamptons in 2014. Miller said Tal then raped her in the shower. The defense pushed back on Miller’s characterization of the episode, pointing to text messages she sent to Tal after the weekend that said it had been “damn amazing.” But Miller said this was a pretext she used because she was in “survival mode.”

In addition to the lawsuit against the Alexanders, a new lawsuit filed on January 22 also alleges that a Miami nightclub called Basement enabled the brothers’ bad behavior. Miami Herald reported. Tiffany Marina Rodriguez claimed that in 2016 she was led to the VIP section of Basement where Oren and Alon Alexander waited for the “most beautiful” and “most drunk” women, only to be drugged and later raped by the brothers. According to the lawsuit, an employee reported to her manager that in three separate cases, four women said they had been drugged and raped by the brothers, but their bad behavior was allowed to continue.

That lawsuit also names Shlomi and Orly Alexander (the brothers’ parents), former Douglas Elliman CEO Howard Lorber, Marriott International, The Miami Beach Edition, Basement Miami, Kent Security Services (where Alon was director) and Douglas Elliman as defendants.

Update: This story has been updated after publication with additional information about week 1 of the Alexander brothers trial.
