Virgins gather for Hulu dating show

“The largest group of eligible virgins ever assembled” have arrived.

Hulu has just revealed the cast for “Are you my my first?” A new dating reality show from the producers of “Love Island USA”.

According to the official logine, the singles “open in a tropical paradise with their hearts and their V cards intact” where they are “free to explore their connections without judgment.”

The press release adds: “These sexy young singles start on a heated but sincere journey, full of romantic dates, revealing challenges and new love interests that want to find ‘the one’. Discover who is ready to go completely.”

The cast consists of Mike Planeta, who participated in season 17 of “The Bachelorette”, fighting for Katie Thurston. He was eliminated in week six and, during his time in the show, shared with the cast that he is a virgin.

The new series is organized by former Bachelor Colton Underwood and former bachelor Kaitlyn Bristowe. Underwood, who was a virgin when he led ‘The Bachelor’, published a book in 2020 entitled ‘The First Time: Finding Me and looking for Love on Reality TV’.

“Are you my first?” Will drop all 10 episodes on August 18 at Hulu in the US and Disney+ internationally. The series is produced by ITV America and Plimsoll Productions, with Peter Geist, David George, Adam Sher, Simon Thomas, James Barker, Grant Mansfield, Karen Plumb and Alan Eires as executive producers. German Abarca and Kendall Elrod are co-executive producers.
