Virgin Atlantic has been named Which? Recommended provider for long-haul airlines as the UK consumer champion releases its latest airline satisfaction rankings.
The airline achieved an overall customer satisfaction score of 79% in the annual survey, outperforming its transatlantic competitors in food and beverage, cabin environment and value for money.
Virgin Atlantic is one of only two airlines to receive the full five stars for customer service in the survey of more than 5,500 UK consumers, with respondents praising the staff and cabin atmosphere.
Based on independent tests and customer surveys, Which? Recommended Provider status is awarded to the highest scoring companies for overall quality and customer satisfaction in their category.
