The outrage is brewing about a police shooting in Idaho … Video shows a group of officers who shoot a teenager with a knife, but the boy’s family says he is non -verbal, autistic and suffers from cerebral palsy.
The incident happened in Pocatello … with Cops, 17-year-old shoots Victor Perez 9 times in the garden outside his house, so that he is left in critical condition … According to the Associated Press, which also reports that Perez must have amputated a leg.

Images shot by a neighbor see the teenager in the garden with a knife in his hand, interaction with other people. The police arrive and officers run to the garden with their weapons.
They seem to bark some orders, but when the teenager gets up from the lawn and takes a few steps in the direction of the fence that separates them, the police open fire.
The aunt of the teenager said that the KiFi-TV police had not asked what was going on when they arrived … and she says that Victor can hardly walk and have the brain of a 5-year-old.
Cops say they responded after they received a 911 call when reporting a domestic malfunction in which a person used a knife that seemed to be intoxicated. The boy’s family says he was not intoxicated and falters when he walks because of his cerebral palsy.
Based on the video it took only about 12 seconds for the police to shoot Perez after they arrived at his family’s house.
Pocatello Police Chief Roger Schei Says officers who make decisions and assess threats in seconds. He says in this shooting: “Two individuals were within a few meters from an armed, non -conforming individual. The risk was immediately and the situation quickly evolved.”
Schei says that the Eastern Idaho Critical Incident Task Force is investigating the shooting on the officer.
