Arianny Celeste would be the sole owner of a new building
Arianny Celeste claims she was encouraged to sell her Los Angeles home to buy a house in Las Vegas.
According to the filing, around March 2025, Agency defendants encouraged Celeste to sell a Los Angeles home she owned in her own name so she could purchase a 5,000-square-foot property in Las Vegas.
They allegedly convinced the UFC professional that the house was a solid investment and encouraged her to buy the house in her name.
Celeste’s filing claimed Walsh said this would be an investment while giving them a place to live. It also says the Agency defendants “were clear” that Celeste Walsh would have no ownership interest in the property.

Arianny Celeste’s ex-fiance was listed as a co-buyer of the home

Arianny Celeste’s ex-fiancée allegedly told her that the lender required him to be listed as a co-buyer on her home.
In April, the documents detail that the “Agency Defendants” forced Celeste to “execute an exclusive buyer agency agreement, which entitled Agency Defendants to a commission on the purchase of the property.”
After this, Walsh allegedly told Celeste that he would use his commission to “buy out the interest on the purchase money loan and then use the balance of his commission to invest in the property.”
As the time of closing on her home drew closer, Celeste claimed she found “concerning documents” that listed Walsh as the “co-purchaser” of the home, something she reportedly never agreed to.
When she confronted her husband about the ordeal, he allegedly blamed the lender, claiming they insisted a co-owner be on the list.

Arianny Celeste eventually bought the house

Arianny Celeste allegedly ‘repeatedly’ requested that her ex-fiancé’s name not be included on the house purchase.
Celeste “repeatedly” requested that Walsh’s name be removed from the purchase, according to the filing, and also expressed concern that he was listed as a co-buyer when she had put down so much money and he had promised to put down a nominal amount.
The real estate agency allegedly told Celeste that the documents could not be changed until after the closing of the house.
Celeste and Walsh then reportedly started having problems in their relationship. At that point, the documents allege that Celeste informed Walsh that he was not a co-purchaser of the property and would not be named as a co-owner.
The filing alleged that the brokerage firm informed Celeste that Walsh would not own any property, but that his name for the lender was to remain and be removed once the deal was completed, even though they knew this statement was false.
Celeste ultimately purchased the property, even though she suffered a miscarriage the night of the closing.
The deed ultimately listed Walsh and Celeste as joint tenants with rights of survivorship.

Arianny Celeste and Hamlet Walsh are no longer together.
Celeste and Walsh eventually separated and he moved out, but according to the filing, he refuses to execute a deed of transfer to transfer his interest in the property to her.
He currently remains co-owner of the home.
Through the lawsuit, Celeste “seeks to disclose her ownership rights and interests in the property and quiet title solely in her name.”
