President Donald Trump has made it from his administration to deport dangerous “invaders” who have illegally entered the country.

Although a majority of the estimated 11 million immigrants without papers in the country are hard -working people, some hardened criminals are with a violent past.

Prosecutors reduced the rape of Cardenas to a crime after he had followed a counseling course for sex offender.

Kali Cardenas

Kali Cardenas is a 27-year-old man who arrived in the US from Ecuador in 2016. After his visa had expired in 2021, Cardenas remained illegal in the country.

Two years later, in 2023, Cardenas was accused of raping a woman who fell asleep at a house party in Queens, New York.

Cardenas was confronted with the charges of the first degree and a maximum of 25 years behind bars for his alleged crime. But in January, prosecutors chose to reduce his charges to crimes after he had completed a year of counseling for sex offenders.

On January 13, he was sentenced to the serving time and was then released with a judicial order to stay away from his victim.

A month later he was caught in a DEA raid and he was the target for deportation.

Garcia Aquino was accused of murder and the sexual abuse of several teenagers.

Authorities said that after Mario Edgardo Aquino entered the country illegally, the 43-year-old Salvadorian youth football coach one of his players, the 13-year-old Oscar Omar Hernandez, who came from the Los Angeles region.

He was accused of dumping the teenager’s body in a wooded area at 70 miles from his house.

Garcia Aquino, who still has to introduce a plea, was accused of murder during the committee or attempted commission of lusty acts with a child, in addition to other charges for alleged sexual abuse of two 16-year-olds and a tween.

Zepata, originally from Guatemala, blew the flames with his shirt before he quietly saw how the woman was flooded by flames.

When the police confronted the 33-year-old, who had lived in a hiding place for the repair of addicts, he claimed that he did not know what was happening and noticed that he drank too much to remember his actions.

He did not argue guilty of murder and arson.

Authorities said he was deported in 2018, but somehow regained access to the country.

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, who entered the country from El Salvador, was recently convicted of raping and killing Maryland-woman Rachel Morin, a mother of five, in 2023.

The police said that the suspected gang member repeatedly crossed the border between the US and Mexico and traveled through the country for 16 months.

The authorities of California also said that DNA was found in the residence of Los Angeles of a woman and the nine-year-old girl, who were the victims of a house invasion, corresponded to Martinez-Hernandez.

Morin’s mother, Patricia, said the open border policy “endangered every American citizen.”

Germany-Pena, a 25-year-old resident of Dominican Republic, would broke his house and put him dead in a failed robbery.

He reportedly entered the US illegally in September 2022 and still has to introduce a plea with regard to his charges for murder and immigration.

Marvos family members said: “His passion and spirit will inspire us forever.”
