Trump slams Seth Meyers, claims ‘100% anti-Trump’ is ‘probably illegal’

President Donald Trump has a new goal in mind Late evening host Seth Meyers, who calls the comedian “a truly deranged lunatic” and suggests it’s “probably illegal” to be “100% ANTI TRUMP,” RadarOnline.com can report.

Trump posted the rant on Truth Social Saturday, November 1st thereafter Meyers mocked him during Thursday Late Night with Seth Meyers episode.

“I recently watched his show for the first time in years,” Trump wrote. ‘In it he talked endlessly about electric catapults on aircraft carriers, which I complain are not as good as much cheaper steam catapults. He just went on and on, a truly deranged lunatic.”

The former president continued, “Why is NBC wasting its time and money on a man like that??? – NO TALENT, NO RATINGS, 100% ANTI TRUMP, WHICH IS PROBABLY ILLEGAL!!!” Trump added that Meyers “may be the WORST to perform, live or otherwise.”

Meyers had used part of his Thursday monologue to ridicule Trump’s recent speech aboard the USS George Washington aircraft carrier in Japan, where the former president asked military members to vote on whether steam or electric catapults were better for launching aircraft. Audience members responded “Steam!” — prompting Trump to praise the older technology.

“They spend billions of dollars building stupid electricity,” Trump told the crowd. “And the problem: if it breaks, you have to send it to MIT, get the most brilliant people in the world and fly them out, it’s ridiculous. They said they could fix the steam with a hammer and a blowtorch, and it works just as well, if not better. And I love the sight of that beautiful steam coming off that deck – you don’t get that with the electricity.”

Playing excerpts from Trump’s remarks, Meyers joked, “Guy spends more time thinking about slingshots than Wile E. Coyote.” He added: “Then they start complaining about the fact that our troops are no longer committed to missiles.”

Echoing Trump, Meyers continued, “We used to strap our soldiers to the missiles, and they loved it, but then everything woke up and they said, ‘You can’t strap a person to a missile.’ But we miss those days, and we’re bringing them back.”

This isn’t the first time Trump has gone after Meyers. In August, Trump railed about a “rumor” that NBC had extended the comedian’s contract, despite the network having already signed a four-year contract last year.

“He has no ratings, talent or intelligence, and the personality of an insecure child,” Trump wrote at the time. “So why would Fake News NBC renew this dope’s contract. I don’t know, but I’m definitely going to find out!!!”
