Trump accused of showing more ‘dementia’ drawing with rates that are walking
Dozens of countries were confronted with a sudden increase in import load when the rates came into force. Goods from more than 60 countries and the European Union are now subject to rate rates of 10% or higher.
Products from the EU, Japan and South Korea are taxed at 15 percent, while input from Taiwan, Vietnam and Bangladesh are taxed at 20 percent.
Many economists have warned that the extreme new taxes could bring the American economy into a downward spiral, but Trump took his truth social platform to say exactly the opposite.
“Rates have a very positive effect on the stock market. Almost every day new records have been set,” he posted. “Moreover, hundreds of billions of dollars flow into the treasury of our country.
“If a radical rule against us on this late date, in an attempt to lower or disturb the largest amount of money, creating wealth and influence that the US has ever seen, it would be impossible to ever repay this massive sums of money and honor.
“It would be 1929 again, a great depression!”
Trump continued: “If they were to rule against the wealth, strength and strength of America, they should have done so long ago, at the start of the case, where our entire country, although never had a chance of this kind of greatness, would not have been placed in 1929 style Jeopardy.
“There is no way America could recover from such a judicial tragedy, but I know our legal system better than anyone else.
“Our country deserves success and greatness, not unrest, failure and shame. God bless America!” He concluded his tirade.
However, the long -term message received a hard resistance from critics who openly wondered what the president thought.
One person tweeted: “Think Trump had not read history books or books about the economy about how Hoover’s rates resulted in the big depression. Trump is a clown.”
Another echoed: “Old man Donald Trump chats over his rates as if they are not what will be what is sending us in another big depression. This man is incompetent and he is a shame.”
While a user added: “This senile criminal must be deposited or dropped off once and for all. Power must be taken away as quickly as possible.”
If a fourth explosion: “There is nothing more annoying than a narcissist on the point of mental collapse that the victim plays.”
Trump has confronted with an increase in questions about his mental capacity, especially after he had seen bizarre, nonsensical things while taking a walk on the roof of the White House.
On Tuesday, August 5, the 79-year-old above the briefing space was seen while in the future he inspected the iconic building for possible construction.
“Just take a small walk,” Trump shouted back to reporters after they wondered why he was on the roof of the White House.
They asked: “What are you building?” To which he answered: “It goes with the ballroom, which is on the other side” and added: “something beautiful”.
Trump then claimed that every construction that would take place would be on his dime and boast: “Just more ways to spend my money for the country … everything I do is financed by me.”
