The couple confirmed their relationship in February 2024, almost a year after Sandoval became infamous for cheating on the now ex-girlfriend. Ariana Madix with them Vanderpump Rules costar Rachel ‘Raquel’ Leviss.
Sandoval used the controversy to reflect on his approach to relationships.
“One thing really stuck with me [to my affair with Raquel] was the insecurity I had in myself,” he said in December 2023 on his podcast “Everybody Loves Tom.” “Oh my god, I can’t lose this other person because I’ll never have this.” I was so insecure about myself that I thought if I let this go, it would never happen again. That’s possible [find that again]. And trusting that is a much safer bet than staying, doing and living in that.”

Two months later, Sandoval and Robinson became Instagram official. Sandoval also offered a glimpse into what brought him and Robinson together after being friends in the past.
“We are very similar in many ways. We are both spontaneous and adventurous. Sometimes we go to extremes, but we both like to do things like that,” Sandoval noted on the “Billie and the Kid” podcast in February 2024. “It’s funny because her dad is sick and she wasn’t feeling well. I already sent soup to her house. And she had flowers for Billie sent to mine.”

February 2024
After sparking romance rumors, Sandoval went public with Robinson when he shared an Instagram photo of her kissing him on the shoulder. Robinson also uploaded her own photo of the pair cuddling as they enjoyed a night out together.
Sandoval and Robinson’s relationship was his first since his divorce from Madix in March 2023. Initially, Sandoval tried to make his affair with Leviss work long-term, but they called it quits after going to a mental institution in the wake of the scandal healthcare had gone.
February 2024
“This week my addiction of the week is definitely my friend Victoria who I’m hanging out with. She is absolutely super amazing and one of the sweetest people,” Sandoval said on the “Billie and the Kid” podcast in February. “Obviously I’ve known her for a long time, but last night we had our first date.”
Sandoval praised Robinson’s sweet nature, adding, “That turns me on so much.” Sweet, kind people, that kind of thing. … She’s a model, she works a lot and she’s very successful. She does well for herself, but she is also very humble and very cool. She is just a very sweet, thoughtful person.”

April 2024
Sandoval was asked about the rumors that Robinson was previously in a relationship Leonardo DiCaprio during an April episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show.
“I think they dated for a very short time,” Sandoval shared before throwing some shade at DiCaprio’s habit of dating younger women. “Maybe she’s gotten older or something.”
Sandoval’s comment referenced DiCaprio’s high-profile love life and the age difference between the actor and some of his ex-girlfriends, including Bar Refaeli, Blake Lively, Toni Garrn, Nina Agdal And Kelly Rohrbach. DiCaprio was also noticeably dated Camila Morronewho was 23 years younger than him.
May 2024
Bravo fans pointed out in May that Sandoval and Robinson would no longer follow each other on Instagram. They corrected the situation that same month when rumors swirled about their relationship status.
Sandoval also shared a photo via Instagram of himself pretending to bite Robinson’s chest and wrote, “Damn baby.”
June 2024
Robinson initially got a stamp of approval from Sandoval’s friend Billie Lee. The friendship subsequently fell apart after Lee blamed Robinson for an argument between her and Sandoval.
“The fighting is constant. It’s the most toxic relationship I’ve ever seen in my life. I would literally cry,” Lee said in her podcast. “And that was the situation where I felt like I could no longer be friends with both of them. Because it was so toxic. I felt so much fear. And then I just felt uncomfortable in a house [with them].”
Lee accused Robinson of not paying attention to Sandoval.
“The thing is, Tom was sober for a very long time. When he met Victoria, he started drinking again. And I noticed a lot of alarming things,” she claimed. “Tom and I didn’t really hang out much one-on-one. That was fine with me. I’m so happy they’re together.”
The former Vanderpump Rules The Star specifically recalled a situation where Robinson kept “calling and calling and calling” when Lee was at Sandoval’s house.
‘He had to go upstairs. They got into a fight. He came downstairs and said, “She thinks we’re going to sleep together tonight.” And I was like, ‘What?’” Lee continued. “Anyone who dates Tom – and I’ve even told Tom this – has to be somewhat thirsty and a little bit desperate in a way. She’d say, “I need to break up with Tom.”
Sandoval was unable to speak out because he was filming season 3 The traitors at the time. However, Robinson told her side of the story with the help of Sandoval’s friend Kyle Chan. The duo appeared in a June episode of the series “Up and Adam!” podcast in which they accused Lee of creating distance between Sandoval and his loved ones.
“I always thought she was very loyal. She’s always been that friend who says, “I’ve got your back.” But then I feel like somewhere along this process the love she had for Tom became a little bit different,” Chan claimed. “So it became a very selfish process. Instead of protecting him because we are really good friends. But then it becomes: I protect him, he is mine. I feel like it’s changed a little bit.”
In response, Lee denied Chan and Robinson’s claims in the comments section of the live podcast. Sandoval later intervened to show his support for his girlfriend and best friend.
“Billie Lee’s false claims against Victoria Lee Robinson and Kyle Chan were intended to damage our friendships and relationships,” he wrote via Instagram Stories. “Victoria, Kyle and I all heard her on the loudspeaker as she made these accusations. They were intended to isolate me from my close friends for ulterior motives.”
He concluded: “It’s no coincidence that she’s doing this while I’m abroad and she’s on tour. When I get back I will discuss everything.”
July 2024
Sandoval and Robinson often used their social media platforms to document their relationship moments. But after Sandoval filed a lawsuit against Madix, he and his girlfriend deactivated their accounts.
Sandoval returned to Instagram to clarify that he was unaware he was suing Madix. He then removed the lawyer Matt Geragos of his legal team.
“Late Tuesday afternoon, my attorney, Matt Geragos, whose advice I trusted, called me regarding the cross-complaint in the lawsuit against myself and Ariana,” Sandoval wrote via Instagram at the time. “He assured me that the action in these types of lawsuits was customary and strictly preventive and urged me to agree. The words “New Trial” or “Indictment” were not spoken to me. I should have done more research on this matter.”
He added: “I am in no way suing Ariana. The action against Ariana filed on my behalf is withdrawn. I had no ill will or desire for revenge towards Ariana,” he continued. “Now, by removing both the cross-complaint and the attorney who recommended it, I hope to bring this matter to a close quickly so that Ariana and I can finally move on with our lives.”
October 2024
Robinson spoke exclusively We weekly about life with Sandoval after being asked about appearing on the film Vanderpump Rules. (Bravo confirmed a month later that Vanderpump Rules would return for season 12 with an all-new cast.)
“I don’t know anything about the show. I mean, I do it and I don’t do it. I’ve never been involved with it before,” Robinson told us about potentially joining the hit Bravo series. “Of course I think it’s hard to avoid it since we’re about to move in together. We’re pretty serious, so it’s hard [to avoid it]. Who knows?”
Sandoval, meanwhile, took to his podcast in October to confirm that he and Madix had put their house “on the market,” saying, “[We are] sell house, prepare it. And Victoria and I are going to live together.’
December 2024
Robinson surprised her followers when she appeared to insinuate that Sandoval cheated on her.
“Wow…you were right. Tiger never changes his stripes,” she wrote via Instagram. “He apparently likes best friends. I feel like a fool. Completely devastated.” Although Sandoval did not respond to Robinson’s allegations, he took to Instagram Live on Monday.
“Victoria is calling me,” Sandoval noted in a video circulating on social media. “I definitely made a big mistake earlier.”
Robinson walked back her claims hours later. “I would like to sincerely apologize for my previous message. I had a real misjudgment of a situation. Tom didn’t do anything,” she wrote via Instagram Story. “Due to my own personal trauma and experiences, constantly hearing false accusations about him clouded my judgment and got the best of me.”
She added: “Please respect him and know that he has actually been the most supportive partner. The internet can be hard sometimes and I’m learning how to keep the noise out.”
