Tom Sandoval claims he and Ariana Madix have agreed to sell their home
Tom Sandoval has officially agreed to sell his and Ariana Madixis home after more than a year of contentious back-and-forth.
Sandoval, 42, returned to his podcast ‘Everybody Loves Tom’ on Wednesday October 23 with a friend Victoria Lee Robinson as his cohost. He used the platform to share an important update about his life, saying: “The house is going on the market. [We are] sell house, prepare it. And Victoria and I are going to live together.’
Robinson, 32, told exclusively We weekly about the milestone earlier this month in response to a question about the appearance on Vanderpump Rules.
“I don’t know anything about the show. I mean, I do it and I don’t do it. I’ve never dealt with it before,” Robinson said Us on Oct. 15 about joining the hit Bravo series. “Of course I think it’s hard to avoid it since we’re about to move in together. We’re pretty serious, so it’s hard [to avoid it]. Who knows?”

Sandoval and Robinson went public with their romance in February, marking his first official relationship since his split from longtime partner Madix, 39, in March 2023. Sandoval and Madix’s shocking split came in the wake of his affair with their now-former partner. Vanderpump Rules costar Rachel ‘Raquel’ Leviss.
After they called it quits, Sandoval and Ariana’s house became a problem. They originally bought the house in 2019 for $2 million after six years of dating. A month after the scandal made headlines, Sandoval admitted he had nowhere else to go.
“I don’t have many friends to stay with at the moment. … I kind of run the house,” he said on the “Howie Mandel Does Stuff” podcast in April 2023. ‘I do the gardening [and] the household. My assistant comes and cleans and stores everything. I actually take care of everything in the house.”
Sandoval explained how he avoided seeing Madix every day by hiring a mediator. “[Ariana’s] in the house. This is a big house. We have an intermediary. We text when we come and go,” he continued at the time. “The house is not yet listed, no. [Ariana’s] she is very busy at the moment, she is clearly exploding. I’m really happy to see that. I have also been busy trying to get things sorted out.”
Madix, meanwhile, defended her decision to stay in her home. “I’ve never been someone who came from money. I know how quickly that disappears,” she told Costar Scheana Shay on the “Scheananigans” podcast in August 2023. “I take care of myself. … I have a pretty decent setup. My room looks a bit like my small apartment. I stay in my own little zone.”
She continued, “I sleep a lot easier at night and don’t care when he comes through that door. That’s one thing I have to say about us living in the same house. I don’t have to think about him coming into my bedroom because he doesn’t. I sleep with my door locked. Just in case.”
In January, Madix filed a lawsuit against Sandoval in hopes of selling their joint property. Madix made it clear that she did not want “distribution in kind,” while Sandoval insisted on full ownership. While that legal situation continues, Ariana bought a $1.6 million home in Los Angeles in March.
