Earlier this week, news broke that the supermodel was expecting her first baby with Valente – and third overall.
She already shares two children with Brady – Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11 – with the parents agreeing to joint custody after their divorce.

However, sources have now revealed that the retired football star “never thought” he would hear his ex was pregnant – at least not yet.
An insider told PageSix: “Tom knew things were serious between Gisele and Joaquin, but he never thought they would have a child together.”

“It just wasn’t something that was on his radar. So when Gisele told him the news, he was stunned, to say the least.”
The source also said that Brady has “got used to the idea and is happy for Gisele” now that the “initial shock has worn off.”

They added, “Ultimately, Tom’s only focus is on his children and his career. What Gisele decides to do with her own life is really none of his business.”
Shortly after the news broke, it was revealed that Bündchen’s pregnancy was unexpected – and Brady and their children were the first to be informed of the shocking update.

A source told DailyMail: “Gisele and Joaquim were not planning to have a child together. This was unexpected. Joaquim has always wanted a family, so she is happy to give this to him.
“She knew he would be a great dad when her children started taking classes with him. He is patient, playful and so understanding.”

The insider added: “They are now starting a family of their own and a wedding will take place in the future.”
They also claimed that the children were “excited” by the news and looked up to Valente as “a father figure”.

Bündchen and her new boyfriend were spotted together in Costa Rica just two weeks after she finalized her divorce from Brady.

On Tuesday, Brady’s eyebrow-raising post on his Instagram Stories led some fans to suspect he may have been hinting at his ex’s update.
He shared a photo of a sunset accompanied by the Fleetwood Mac hit Landslideadding lyrics that read: “Oh mirror in the sky, what is love / Can the child in my heart rise above / Can I sail through the changing ocean tides?”

Coincidentally, Stevie Nicks, who wrote the song, has admitted that the lyrics were inspired by her toxic romance with guitarist Lindsey Buckingham and their career problems.
Brady didn’t say anything else about the post or whether or not it related to his ex’s romance with Valente.

The supermodel started dating the Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor in June 2023, about seven months after she was officially declared a single woman.
However, the two were seen on vacation just two weeks after her and Brady’s divorce was finalized, leading speculators to believe she was unfaithful during her marriage.

Brady shared a cryptic message on his Instagram Stories, possibly referencing the revelation of his ex’s pregnancy.

The famous model denies that the two were in a relationship at the time.
She told me New York Times about her relationship with Valente: “This is the first time I see someone who was a friend of mine for the first time. It’s very different. It’s very honest and very transparent.”
On her reveal pregnancysaid a source close to Bündchen: “Gisele and Joaquim are happy with this new chapter in their lives and they look forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family.”
Bündchen and Valente started dating a year and a half after meeting in December 2021, when she sought jiu-jitsu training for her son and opted to take classes herself.
