‘The Simpsons’ and LEGO to release new Krusty Burger Set

Mmmmm … lego. The popular brick construction brand goes back to Springfield for its latest high-end, mature-oriented set. As part of his latest “The Simpsons” collaboration with 20th television animation and the Walt Disney Co., LEGO will soon be published a new set inspired by the long-term animation series Krusty Burger Fast Food Restaurant.

Previous Lego creations for “The Simpsons” have recorded the Simpson Family Home, as well as the Kwik-E-Mart. For the detailed recreation of Krusty Burger, the 1,635-part set (part of the LEGO-icon line) features functions such as the kitchen, dining area of ​​the restaurant, the toilet, the Drive-Thru and outdoor roof pole board.

Also in the set, builders will compile a replica of Homer’s unforgettable clownauto. The model lifts its roof and folds out to reveal what LEGO describes as a “very detailed interior full of Easter eggs and memorable characteristics.”

The Krusty Burger -set comprises seven minifigures: Homer, Bart and Lisa Simpson. Farmer Krusty, sideshow bob, squeaking expressed teen and officer Lou.

The Krusty Burger -set will first be available on 1 June for LEGO Insiders Early Access members and then more available from 4 June. The set will sell for $ 209.99.

LEGO insiders who buy the new set from 1 June to 7 June from LEGO stories or the Webside will receive an extra gift with purchase (as long as the stock last): The Simpsons Living Room Set. On 123 pieces (and aimed at players aged 10 and older), the model includes the Simpson Family Couch, a table with a lamp and telephone, a carpet, an external control and a Krusty Burger drink.
