Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has become embroiled in an explosive legal battle arising from a secret romance he would have had with him New York Magazine writer Olivia Nuzzi.
RadarOnline.com can reveal the latest twist in the love triangle saga, with Nuzzi, 31, claiming she was subjected to harassment and blackmail by her political journalist ex-fiance Ryan Lizza.
In her complaint, Nuzzi alleged: “(Lizza) explicitly threatened to disclose personal information about me in order to destroy my life, career and reputation – a threat he has since carried out.”

Nuzzi was suspended from New York Magazine after her alleged relationship with Kennedy came to light.
She alleged this behavior of her ex, Politicos Washington’s chief correspondent began following their breakup — and while she was secretly romancing Kennedy, 70, CNN reported.

The journalist also claimed that her ex, whom she had been living with for the past year, threatened violence against her “to take his share of the financial responsibility” regarding a book contract they shared.
She presented her allegations before a judge in the Superior Court of Washington, D.C., on Tuesday and was granted a temporary restraining order against Lizza. He was also ordered to stay away from Nuzzi and her workplace.

The pair are said to have had secret FaceTime sex sessions and exchanged flirty text messages.

Lizza denied his ex’s claims, saying: “I am saddened that my ex-fiance is resorting to making a series of false accusations against me as a way to distract from her own personal and professional shortcomings.
“I emphatically deny these allegations and will vigorously and successfully defend myself against them.”
He also previously revealed that he and his editors at Politics agreed that he would refrain from any coverage of Kennedy in light of the news of his alleged romance with Nuzzi.
