Gene HackmanThe New Mexico property will not have difficult to sell despite some difficult circumstances … at least according to brokers in the area.
Gene, his wife Betsy Arakawa and one of their dogs was found dead earlier this year in their remote Santa Fe -Landgoed, and the place was contaminated with dead rodents and rat nests … but brokers say that none of the both body should be a dealbreaker if it is time for the property to reach the open market.
Ken Martinez from Keller Williams Realty, Jer Collins From Exp Realty and Shak Bani It all agrees from Santa Fe -the rodent problems will be cleaned up and the remote location of the house will be the large sales argument.
New Mexico brokers are not obliged to announce that Gene and Betsy died in the house when they showed it to potential buyers … But those with whom we spoke did not thought the actor and his wife were found dead in the house Would be a big problem anyway.

Collins even told us that the reporting and public interest in the death of Gene can intrigue some people to buy.
We have been told that it is standard for houses in the area to deal with vermin and rodents … and the following owners can do better.
Ken Martinez said it is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood and he would like to take the list if he had the chance.
