The Florida -based New Wave Group Joins Compass
A boutique broker at Treasure Coast founded in 1981 in South Florida, the company specializes in luxury living, waterfront and lifestyle -properties in the provinces of Martin, Palm Beach and St. Lucie. According to the brokerage, New Wave Group has closed more than $ 500 million sales in the course of the existence of four decade.
“New Wave Group has had the standard for customer service and markt expertise on the Treasure Coast for more than 40 years,” said Jeff Polashuk, the regional vice president of Compass, in a statement. “Their track record of success, combined with their strong community roots, makes them the ideal partner to introduce the tools, technology and the network of experienced agents of Compass in this lively market.”
The addition of new golf group marks Compass First office in the Treasure Coast region.
Sara Crombie, the founder and managing broker of New Wave Group will continue to lead her team at Compass. Crombie brings a team of 14 agents and two employees to check out.
“Our decision to become a member of Compass was inspired by our shared dedication to innovation, customer experience and a progressive approach to real estate,” Crombie said in a statement.
The addition of Crombie and her team comes less than a week after Compass takes the acquisition of the Denver established Colorado Home Realty. Earlier this summer, Compass also acquired in Charlotte based Cottingham -Cijt.
