The classmates of Bryan Kherberger have submitted 13 formal complaints for making offensive comments

One complaint, unveiled in New Senzee documentsIncluded a deaf classmate who was asked by Kherberger if “she would be comfortable, given that she had a handicap”, and another complaint was submitted by a divorced woman who claimed that the convicted murderer told her that he was not going out with “broken women”.

Kherberger also had the reputation to ‘be a dick’, according to another classmate. An employee told Det. Gary Tolleson, from the State Police of Idaho, that a complaint had been filed against Kherberger for only a few days during the autumn period of 2022.

He would then become a weekly subject of discussion during various disciplinary meetings, and aimed at Kherberger’s “interactions with colleague post -posttoral students, in and out of the class, along with his behavior around some of the criminal professors.”

According to the staff member, Kherberger would have made comments that ‘homophobic, competent, xenophobic and misogynistic in nature’.

“He would also stare at people and are uncomfortably close by or ‘leaning’ about women, making them very uncomfortable,” they added.
