‘The Boys’ Star Antony Starr reveals his Top Homelander moments

Antony Starr has drunk his honest part of murder, desecration and uncomfortable milk in four seasons of Amazon Prime videos Hit Superhero series ‘The Boys’. In a FYC panel with several of his co-stars, Starr reveals a few of his best homelander moments, both of which treat with the mental unraveling of his almighty, malignant superhero.
“A moment that stands out for me, in season 3 the scene did in the mirror,” he said. ‘I remember reading it and then said Jordan Moreau Eric Kripke, “I think there is somewhere where we can go.” Every season I get an episode or a scene that connects in a different way and it leads to something like: “Oh, my God, we can go there.” I hit Eric and he has always been faithful to his word. It is the best collaboration I have had in my career so far. He is amazing in that respect. We have a great creative report. So in season 3 that moment was for me reflecting in the mirror scene. I saw another job to go down and I threw him to Eric and then we came together a bit, and then it was really turned and dark. ”
Starr was accompanied on the panel by his co-stars Jack Quaid, Colby Minifie, Tomer Capone, Susan Heyward, Nathan Mitchell, Claudia Doumit, Jessie T. Usher, Erin Moriarty and Chace Cowford.
“Every character representing these people on stage is incredibly damaged,” Starr added. “That is one of the things that I am really proud of us and the show is that we go to those deep dark places that people can relate to. I think that is part of why there has been such a reaction. So that scene was a really striking one.”
In season 4, Starr episode 4 shouted, which unveiled the dark origin of Homelander in a ridiculous laboratory.
“On the same note it was one of those ‘oof, there are times – episode 4 who went back to the lab where Homelander was raised,” he explained. “That was another of those moments when what was on the page was great, but sometimes you see a approach or a road or something you can hold. Again, Eric threw it and we beat it together and it was great. If I don’t know what’s there to know what’s there is to happen.
