Teddi Mellencamp Gets sympathy from many people as a result of her brain tumors, but she is still dragged to court by a former housekeeper … who says that the reality TV star is a bona fide racist.
The former star “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is sued by a woman mentioned Julia Umana … he claims that she worked as a resident babysitter and housekeeper for Teddi. Umana claims that Teddy has treated her worse than any other boss of celebrities.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Umana claims that Teddi has made her employment hell by abusing power, shortening salary, creating a hostile working environment and being involved in racial discrimination and intimidation.
Umana claims that Teddi worked her down to the bone and treated her worse than other household helpers who were white. She says that Teddi accused her of stealing and committing theft – although there were cameras in the house – and never did the same with a white, blonde employee.
An immigrant of El Salvador, Umana claims that Teddi even mocked her because she spoke Spanish … and spoke in her nasty tone that she never saw Teddi using white workers.
Umana claims that she finally had enough and told Teddi that she would resign … But she says that Teddi put her under pressure to work for three, 12 -hour services … only to be paid $ 325. She claims that she complained about the wage and was fired without pardon.

The woman claims that she was wrongly terminated and says that Teddi owes her unpaid wages … and she is going to melled behind more than $ 2 million damage.
