Taylor Swift escapes at the Firestorm courtroom while Baldoni retires

On May 14, the lawyers of Baldoni dropped a bomb in a letter to the judge and claimed that an anonymous ‘source’ revealed that lively was leaking private texts with Swift, unless the singer supported her publicly.
Lively, Mike Gottlieb’s lawyer, rejected the claim as ‘categorically untrue’.
Judge Lewis J. Liman hit the brakes on Baldoni’s letter on 15 May, hit it out of the record and called it “inappropriate” and irrelevant for the case for the case.
Lively, 37, director and co-star Baldoni, 41, last December, accused him of sexual harassment, unprofessional behavior on the set and a retaliation campaign.
Baldoni denied the claims and hit back in January with a countersuit who accused Lively, her husband Reyan Reynolds and their PR team of defamation and extortion.
In his countersuit, Baldoni claimed that Swift and Reynolds put him under pressure to accept a script by rewriting Lively, in which he described a meeting in the penthouse of the couple where Swift praised Lively and sent a clear message he needed to satisfy.
Baldoni’s lawyers also shared a text where vividly compared themselves Game of Thrones‘Khaleesi, Reynolds and Swift shouts her’ dragons’.
