Swat’s David Lim breaks silence on the spider -Exclus exclusion of Shemar Moore

SwatS David Lim broke his silence afterwards Shemar MooreThe upcoming spider -off was picked up without other cast members being involved.
“I sat with everything that came out last week, and I just want to say this,” wrote Lim, 41, via Via Instagram on Thursday 28 May. “Being part of SWAT for the past 8 seasons has been one of the great honor of my life. I collapsed my heart to play brown – and even more than that, in the team and friendships that we built on and off screen.”
Lim thought about the group dynamics behind the scenes and added: “What Swat Special made was not only the action, or one character. It was the team. The band. The companion. The shared blood, sweat, tears and laughs we gave to each episode. That effortless chemistry was all 8 for the pilot and the BRACHT that we met.”
While discussing the multiple cancellations of the show, Lim welcomes his former Costars for collaboration to argue for a renewal.
“I am proud of how we fought for a ninth season. We believed that we had to give more, to tell more stories. We wanted it for our crew, for each other and for the newer faces that just came to us,” he continued. “It was not in the cards for all of us – and that’s okay. We had a magical run and went in a high tone with the last two episodes.”
Lim acknowledged that he was not happy to hear about Sony Television Order Photos SWAT: Exiles confirmed with only Moore to appear.
“I would lie if I said that the rollout of the new spider was not poking. It was difficult to see that it only announced two days after our final – without reporting the cast that helped to build from the first day,” he continued. “After 8 incredible seasons it felt like we were put aside when there could have been a moment of reflection and recognition – for the people who built this show, and for the impact it had so much.”
The actor spoke the outpouring of love that he and the rest of the swat – alums received after the drama and wrote: “I have seen the comments, the messages, the support, the support – and it really means a lot. I may not know what the future entails for brown, but I cannot be proud of what we have made together. Roll swat.”
