‘Suits La’ canceled after a season at NBC

“Suits La” was canceled on NBC after just one season, Variety has learned.
The expansion of the universe “packs” was originally launched on NBC in February. The cast consists of Stephen Amell, Lex Scott Davis, Josh McDermitt and Bryan Greenberg. A number of original “Suits” cast members have made performances, including Gabriel Macht, Rick Hoffman and David Costabile.
The show had a lot of buzz behind it in the premiere, given that “packs” had found an incredible new life at streaming on Netflix. But “Suits La” could not match that hype, where the show made only a small dent in the reviews and mainly negative reviews attracted the debut.
The official series description states:
“” Ted Black (Amell), a former Federal Public Prosecutor from New York, has re -invented himself who represents the most powerful clients in Los Angeles. His company is at a crisis point, and to survive, he has to embrace a role he loved in his entire career. Unrasted the events that lived behind years ago. “
“Suits” maker Aaron Korsh created the series and serves as an executive producer. David Bartis, Doug Liman, Gene Klein, Anton Cropper, Genevieve Sparling, Rick Muirragui and Jon Cowan also produce. UCP is the studio.
This is the newest cancellation that NBC announced in their prior presentation in New York to go in New York on 12 May. “Suits La” is now joining colleague drama “The Irrational” and comedies “Lopez vs. Lopez” and “Night Court”.
