Statewide, MLS is using RealReports to roll out AI real estate tools

State-Wide MLS is rolling out RealReports’ AI-powered real estate tools and Taxshot data platform to 6,000 agents, replacing legacy systems with a unified workflow.

State-Wide MLS, the multiple listing service operated by the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, announced on Tuesday with whom she has collaborated Real reports to offer its more than 6,000 subscribers access to a new set of data and AI-powered tools.

Under the agreement, agents will have access to the RealReports platform, the company’s Prospector lead generation tool and Taxshot, a national database of tax information and public records.

As part of the rollout Statewide MLS will replace its existing tax and administration provider with Taxshot, giving subscribers access to nationwide real estate data alongside AI-generated real estate reports within one platform.

RealReports aggregates real estate data from nearly 100 sources into a single report that gives agents a comprehensive view of a home, from ownership history and liens to zoning details and climate risks. The platform also includes Aiden, an AI-powered real estate advisor that allows agents to ask questions about a property and get immediate answers based on the underlying data.

With Taxshot, MLS subscribers across the state gain streamlined access to national tax and public records data. This includes tools that automatically populate property details and MLS fields, simplifying listing preparation, property research and client presentations.

“MLSs are under more pressure than ever to deliver meaningful technology for their members,” said Zach Gorman, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of RealReports, in a statement. “State-Wide MLS has been incredibly thoughtful in the way they provide information to their subscribers, and we are excited to provide a modern solution that replaces legacy tax systems while providing them with powerful tools to research properties, generate leads and better serve their clients.”
