‘Spy High’ documentary about Blake Robbins’ school case ordered from Amazon
“Spy High,” a documentary project prompted by the 2010 Robbins v. Lower Merion School District class action lawsuit, has been ordered to series on Amazon Prime Video after being included in the SXSW 2025 lineup.
The official logline for the four-part series reads: “’Spy High’ explores the story of 15-year-old Blake Robbins, who filed a lawsuit claiming his prestigious public school spied on him when he was accused of selling drugs. Beneath this juicy suburban scandal lie even more disturbing revelations, with implications for a larger war over digital privacy being waged in schools today.”
Following its SXSW premiere in March, “Sky High” will begin streaming in April.
Mark Wahlberg director produces the series alongside Archie Gips and Stephen Levinson through their Unrealistic Ideas banner. Executive producers also include Aliza Rosen, Jody McVeigh-Schultz and David Wendell. Amazon MGM is the studio.
