UPDATE
8:23 PM PT — Smoky‘s lawyer Christopher Vorst tells TMZ: “These accusers are part of the same group of people who conspired against the Robinsons and are piling up their claims for maximum negative publicity.
UPDATE
We already explained in the Robinsons’ lawsuit against this group for defamation, civil conspiracy and elder abuse that this has all along been an organized, greedy campaign to extract money from an 85-year-old legend. This group of people, hiding behind anonymity, and their lawyers seek worldwide publicity while making the ugliest false accusations.”
UPDATE
Frost added, “We have requested the Court’s intervention multiple times to require these anonymous individuals to release vital information, turn over relevant evidence, and share transcripts of witness statements with the prosecutor. For obvious reasons, this group of Does and their attorneys refuse to provide all possible evidence to investigate their own claims. Once the public can see the truth, their greedy motives and fabricated claims will be exposed.”
Smokey Robinson’s latest sexual battery accuser is a man who claims the Motown singer once grabbed the man’s hand and tried to force it onto his erect penis.
Smokey is being sued by four Jane Does, who claim they worked as housekeepers for the music star and his wife. Frances Gladney Robinson …and now two more alleged victims want to join the lawsuit, a fifth Jane Doe and a John Doe.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the male accuser claims he started working for the Robinsons at their Chatsworth residence around 2013… he says he cleaned and detailed their cars early in the morning and on numerous occasions Smokey would come out wearing only his underwear and touch and stroke his erect penis in full view of John Doe.
The man claims that “Smoky Robinson’s sexual arousal during these incidents was vivid and unmistakable.” He also claims that Smokey sometimes made sexually suggestive gestures and comments toward him, including beckoning him into a nearby room.

He says he would reject Smokey’s alleged advances by telling him, “Put some clothes on.”
The man claims that things escalated around 2022, when in one incident, Smokey grabbed the man’s hand “without consent and attempted to force it onto his erect penis.”
After the alleged incident, the man claims the Robinsons fired him. He says a year later, Smokey’s wife urged him to return to work, and he did. He says Smokey immediately went back to being partially clothed, touching himself and making sexually suggestive comments in his presence.
He claims Smokey’s repeated sexual harassment, indecent exposure and unwanted physical contact resulted in humiliation, emotional distress and continued fear for his safety and dignity.
The new Jane Doe to join the lawsuit claims she worked as a housekeeper for the Robinsons. She says Smokey grabbed her hand more than a dozen times and tried to force her to touch his erect penis.

When the four women sued Smokey in May for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and gender violence, his attorney denied the charges and attributed it to a shakedown.
We reached out to Smokey’s camp about the new claims…so far no word back. We also contacted the attorneys representing the alleged victims… but no response either.
