Simone Biles reveals a look inside the palatial Texas Mansion as she and Jonathan Owens officially move into their custom home

Gymnast Simone Biles has shared a behind-the-scenes look at her beautiful new lakeside mansion in Texas, as she and her NFL player husband take a look inside her beautiful new lakeside mansion in Texas Jonathan Owensare settling into the custom-built home after returning to the Lone Star State from Chicago.

Biles, 28, has spent the past few months traveling back and forth between her mansion in Spring, Texas, which was completed in November, and the Windy City, where Owens, 30, has played for the Chicago bears for the last two NFL seasons.

However, as the Bears’ season came to an end — and with it Owens’ two-year contract with the team — the couple was finally able to turn their attention to moving into their custom abode, with Biles revealing that they wasted no time settling back into life in Texas.

“First order of business: breakfast tacos,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories, sharing a photo of Owens eating his early morning meal while sitting at the enormous breakfast bar in their kitchen.

Behind him, several personal touches can be seen throughout the space, including a vase of flowers and a candle, both of which rest on the beautiful black and white marble surface that covers all the counters in the room.

Later, the gymnast and Olympian revealed that she treated herself to one of her favorite new activities in her home: soaking in the enormous tub in the master bathroom.

Sharing an image of the pristine space, with gray and white marble walls, hexagonal tiles on the floor and a large window overlooking the outdoor space, which was elegantly matted to maintain the privacy of the bathroom.

The enormous freestanding bath is equipped with a bath tub containing several jars of various products, including what appears to be a stash of bath salts.

Next to the bath is a large wooden stool with a towel and a loofah.

“Favorite time of day,” Biles captioned the image.

And it looks like the sporting superstar isn’t the only one finding time to rest and relax in the property, with Biles posting another photo of her beloved French bulldog, Rambocurled up on a fluffy blanket in her enormous walk-in closet, where he appears to have stationed himself while she unpacked.

“Tough day to unpack,” she joked in the caption of the photo, which shows an expanse of empty glass-fronted closets waiting to be filled with her fashion collection.

Biles and Owens have waited more than three years for their custom-built mansion to be completed, after initially breaking ground on the project before getting married in 2023.

In November, when she revealed the house was finally finished, the gymnast shared some insight into what that process looked like, joking that she was “lied to” by project managers who originally told her it would take nine months.

“Building a house requires a lot of patience,” she wrote, sharing a video of herself and Owens taken when only the frame of the house had been built.

“The design process started in 2020 and took a year to complete,” she said of the first step they took in their homebuilding journey.

“The approvals took a while [the] HOA; broke ground in February 2022; completed 11/11/25,” she added. “They lied when they said it took nine months to build!”

Still, the gold medalist was quick to express her pride that the mansion was finally finished, writing, “Proud of us anyway. ILYSM @jowens.”

Luckily, it seems like both Biles and Owens are thrilled with the finished product, though the Olympian admitted she was especially happy with one room: the custom laundry room, which is equipped with two washers and two dryers so she and her husband each have their own space.

“Because Jonathan always wants to do laundry on the exact same day as me,” Biles wrote, sharing a photo of the space. “Now [there is] one set for each of us.”

The home’s other very unique amenities include a custom-made room for the couple’s dogs, which Biles revealed she decked out in the same black-and-white tile they used for their lakeside pool.

The space features a pet spa, as well as a built-in area for the dog bowls, which has already been put to use by the gymnast.

Biles’ latest look at her new home comes days after she revealed that she and Owens had officially left their temporary residence in Chicago.

She happily documented the couple’s last weekend in the Windy City, sharing a host of images to her Instagram Stories that showed the duo enjoying a date night and a trip for ice cream before heading back to Texas.

In a series of photos on her account, the gymnast revealed glimpses into her life in recent weeks, starting with a stay in Texas where she documented some of the additional interior work on their home.

Biles shared an image of a beautiful office space outfitted with a huge marble wall slab, built-in shelving, a large desk and some guest chairs: “The house is coming together.”

But it wasn’t long before Biles returned to Chicago, where she gave fans a hint that she might be ready to return to gymnastics. While trying on a new leotard, she confessed that she was starting to miss the sport, which she hasn’t actively competed in since the 2024 Olympics.

“I went back to Chicago and tried on a lion because why not,” she wrote over the image of herself posing in the GK Elite design. “I miss flipping every day.”

In another photo, Biles and Owens posed together in front of the same staircase before heading out for a night out on the town, with later posts showing the couple showing off their matching Audemars Piguet watches before toasting a few cocktails.

In the following photos, Biles documented the couple’s departure from Chicago, first sharing a photo of her husband standing in their cleared-out rental home, with an empty TV bracket on the wall, while packing boxes littered the living room.

It is currently unknown where the couple will travel, given Owens’ status as an unrestricted free agent in the NFL, which gives him the opportunity to sign with any team that could select him before the start of the 2026 season.

If he fails to sign with a team during the free agency period, he will have to wait on the sidelines in case a team finds a spot for him down the road.
