Signs of Liam Payne’s erratic behavior visible in surgeries and videos

A viral clip showed the former boy band singer leading a macarena routine for fans standing in front of him before the show started.

Some fans now think Payne’s unusual moves were a ‘cry for help’.

One person wrote: “He looks so sad inside but you all make him feel so loved and appreciated.”

Another added: “You can literally see the sadness, pain and depression in his eyes. Reminds me of my friend before she passed away.”

A source recently told The Sun that Payne’s loved ones were concerned he was “going into a spiral” as he tried to “start a new life.”

They said: “Liam’s behavior has been worrying many in his inner circle for months. For a while, things seemed to be going well for him, but over the past year there have been fears he is spiraling.”

“He is no longer around some of his old friends as he has moved to America to start a new life.”

They continued: “Everyone wants the best for them, but things are fickle, to say the least.”

Just weeks before his death, the singer uploaded a bizarre video to Snapchat claiming he and Horan “needed to talk” before Payne left for Argentina for his concert.

From his bed, Payne told his followers: “Niall Horan is over there playing and I think we can just say ‘Elloooo!'”.

He continued: “No bad vibes or anything, but we need to talk!”

Fans were quick to ask if the singer was “okay” in the comments section of the reshared video.

Last year, the singer sent fans into an uproar by canceling his South America tour after being rushed to hospital due to a serious kidney infection.

Payne uploaded a video to social media to inform followers of the cancellation, saying doctors had told him to “rest and recover.”

He added: “This is really the breaking news I want to tell you, but actually I’ve been a bit unwell lately.”

Following the news of Payne’s health, his mother Karen said she was “worried sick” about her son.

She told MailOnline: “We are all worried about it but we just have to get on with it. It’s terrible – he’s all the way there. He is in Milan and it sounds like he will be there for a week. I feel helpless.”

Karen continued, “All we can do is sit here and hope for the best. We can’t do anything. We feel helpless.’

However, it was his ‘valley girl’ accent that struck a chord with viewers – as Payne said he hadn’t even been to the US in two years.

One person asked: “What’s with that accent and what did he even say? Walking word salad.”

Payne later confirmed that he had had a few drinks that night and that his accent “kept changing” depending on who he was talking to.
