Sick 90-year-old crooner ‘living on borrowed time’

Fans of the Four Seasons legend Frankie Valli fears he is on the brink of death – but sources say the music icon is ignoring their doom-laden talk and has vowed to live his life to the fullest until he sings his final song.
RadarOnline.com the 90-year-old alarmed fans can reveal when he had trouble lip syncing the melody Fat – of the John Travolta And Olivia Newton-John film of the same name – during an August 3 concert at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga, California.
Also just before he came on stage, the Walk like a man singer seen clinging to a rail and looks vulnerable.

But the I can’t take my eyes off you singer doesn’t make excuses or throw in the towel and retire.
An insider said: “Frankie is enjoying his final days as best he can, as evidenced by his final singing performance. And he defiantly refuses to slow down and stop being active.

They said: “Loved ones can see that it is a challenge for Frankie to stay on his feet at times, but he still does things like take care of himself with as much strength as he can muster.
“He rehearses with his band and likes to be with people, that keeps him going.

“His friends would want him to take it easy and worry that the end was near, but Frankie doesn’t want to hear it.
“He won’t be one of those sad old men who have to rely on walkers or caretakers. In his heart he feels like a young man, even though the reality is that his body is failing him.”

If RadarOnline.com reported, a video of Valli’s performance in Saratoga on August 3 sparked online outrage among fans.
While the Four Seasons frontman held the microphone far from his face as he struggled to lip sync, he also looked lost and confused in front of the crowd.

One X user wrote under the viral video: “Give him a rest… he’s 90.”
Another added: “Let the old guy rest.”
A third person commented: “Jesus, that’s awful. The poor guy should be at home with an armchair and an old dog.”

But a representative for Valli emphasized that nothing was wrong despite fans’ concerns.
His rep said: “Frankie is doing great and is super happy to still be performing. The audience fills the halls and listens to great music.
“Frankie is doing what he loves most at the age of 90. We should all be so lucky.”

And Valli has more shows planned, such as his band’s farewell tour The final encore – has bookings until April 2025.
He announced his final tour in October 2023 and, in a press release Valli said at the time that he was “eternally grateful for the love and support” he has received “through the decades.”
