‘Shoresy’ Season 5 Sets Release Date on Hulu; Renewed for season 6

Hulu has revealed that the fifth season of the hockey comedy series “Shoresy” will debut on February 21. The series has also been renewed for a sixth season, set to air in 2027.
According to the logline, the new season follows Shoresy and the Bulldogs as they “fight to protect North American wildlife.”
Series creator Jared Keeso returns in the title role of Shoresy. Other returning cast members include Tasya Teles, Blair Lamora, Keilani Rose, Jonathan-Ismael Diaby, Terry Ryan, Ryan McDonell, Andrew Antsanen, Jon Mirasty, Brandon Nolan, Jordan Nolan, Bourke Cazabon, Keegan Long, Maclean Fish and Camille Sullivan.
“Shoresy” is an original title from Canadian streamer Crave, which is also home to the small town comedy series “Letterkenny” and the recent breakout romantic drama “Heated Rivalry.” Jacob Tierney, who created “Heated Rivalry” for television, directed “Shoresy” for 12 episodes during its first two seasons. Tierney also directed, wrote and starred in “Letterkenny” for all twelve seasons.
Keeso is executive producer and writer, but also star and creator. Dan and Sean Skene are series directors. Mark Montefiore and Kara Haflidson serve as executive producers under the New Metric Media banner. The series is distributed by New Metric Media.
“Shoresy” was developed by Bell Media for Crave and is produced by New Metric Media, in association with Play Fun Games in association with Bell Media, with participation from the Canadian Media Fund, OMDC Tax Credits to Ontario Film and Television Tax Credit, and the Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit and the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund.
