Scott Peterson and his murder process: everything to know

After investigating the murder case for more than a year, the La Innocence project had to take a petition to cancel the conviction of Scott, with the argument that he is innocent.

In the nearly 400-page document, submitted to the California Court of Appeals in April, La Innocence project director Paula Mitchell stated: “In my opinion, the police had once locked up with Mr Peterson as the main suspect, they had no interest in finding evidence that someone other than Neverthe has led their Laci Laci with the Laci Laci Laci Laci Laci Laci Laci Laci Laci Laci Laci Material Ledorial case.”

She added: “In addition to ignoring the eyewitness reports, the police turned a blind eye to other relieving evidence that Mr Peterson would have acquitted.”

Mitchell noted that she believes that police press releases “to the public indicated that the police did not believe that Mr Peterson’s Alibi, almost from the first day”, created a Domino effect and “eventually created a flood golf of media -Attention on Mr Peterson as the main suspect in the case.”

The submission included a statement of 126 pages of Scott, in which he continues to claim that he was wrongly convicted of the case.

The petition also showed that the non -profit organization has new scientific evidence to prove that Scott did not kill his wife and unborn son, because their death reportedly took place between December 28, 2002 and January 5, 2003. It was said to be proven that the death of Laci took place when Scott had already been pulled in the study after missing.

For what it is worth, prosecutors originally mentioned the death of Laci and Conner as December 24, 2002, the same day as the expected mother was missing.

In response to the theory, legal commentator Nancy Grace asked the attitude of the organization during her appearance in an episode of TMZ‘s “2 angry men” podcast

Grace said: “Laci’s doctor was wrong, and they are right 20 years later? Do you tell a jury and watch what happens.”
